I think it's funny how girls will say that guys are so 'indecisive'. The song Hot and Cold by Katy Perry comes to mind as I've been told personally that that's exactly how I am when it comes to relationships. Here's a few lyrics:

Yes, guys are so indecisive. Or could it by that this is the argument going on in their mind?

Well, she's really hot. But she drives me INSANE. But she's really really hot. But she's always happy one second and freaking out the next. But she's SO HOT. But she makes me want to stab myself in the ears. But...

and so on and so on... we're not indecisive, we're just trying to figure out if you're hot enough to compensate for how utterly insane you are.
